Our desire is to make you feel protected during your time with us and to this effect, we inform you that we meticulously follow all the guidelines as prescribed by the World Health Organization and are in line with all the Covid-safe measures and protocols issued by the Greek government & the Hellenic Public Health organization. Whether it is cleaning and disinfecting our spaces or food and beverage preparation, rest assured that on a daily basis, we go to great lengths to ensure your health and safety as well as the wellbeing of all our staff members.

All our staff members:
are tested for Covid twice per week.
have been trained on Health & Safety protocols as prescribed by WHO and HPHO.
have been provided with the recommended Covid-safe personal protection gear.

We follow all the latest guidelines pertaining to all our food and beverage products:
Everything is procured and prepared according to the strict procedures as prescribed by HACCP protocols provided by the Greek Government.
Our cuisine operates according to the latest standards required for ensuring H&S.
All our meals are on an a la carte basis as well as offering the option of being served in-room.
Our Mykonos Restaurant upholds the required distances between tables and seating.
We strictly follow the cleaning and disinfecting protocols as prescribed by WHO, HPHO and Greek government directives. More specifically:
All areas of our hotels are cleaned on a frequent, regular basis throughout the day. This goes for all public spaces, rooms, back office and staff areas.
Specific signage at the entrances and in all public areas.
We use UVC cleaning products and UV sterilizers specifically against Covid-19 virus, on all surfaces, brochures, menus and keycards.
We offer housekeeping services upon your request.
We do not offer turn down services.
We use a steam cleaner for high temperature cleaning in rooms (curtains, sofas and mattresses) and fabric materials in public areas.
We wash all our linen at high temperatures of 70°C.
We take great care in ensuring your interaction with our Front Desk is 100% hygienic and Covid-safe.
We have one staff member for each guest during Check-in and Check-out.
We provide our guests with a contactless Check-in, as recommended by the government guidelines. You can use our E-Check-in either before or upon your arrival.

For purposes of proper cleaning according to all the protocols, we advise you that our Check-in time is at 15:00 & Check-out is at 11:00.
All safety distances are being kept at our Front Office & Lobby.
We encourage guests to use contactless ways of requesting Concierge services (such as car rentals, private transfers, restaurant reservations etc), via email and internal phone lines in order to limit overcrowding at the front office.
We also encourage guests to settle their bill a day prior to their departure, in an attempt to avoid overcrowding at Check-out time. We can also send you your bill or invoice via email, if you prefer.
We can provide guests with personal protection gear upon request during Check-in.
We wish to inform all our guests that face masks must be worn during all transportation services.
To ensure your timely transportation, kindly advise us in advance of your transportation needs to avoid delays and for us to ensure the availability of our vehicles.
Please note that only three passengers are allowed on any journey per vehicle.
Our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned by use of a high temperature steam cleaner.
We prefer natural ventilation in our vehicles rather than air conditioning.
Pool areas and Hot Tubs:
We meticulously clean and disinfect our sun loungers after every use.
It is mandatory for guests to use appropriate footwear until the swimming pool edge and read the pool rules before using it.
Distancing applies within our public swimming pool, with 1 person per 5 m2, as per WHO protocols.
Our swimming pools and hot tubs are regularly checked and inspected according to the Greek governmental directive.
We operate a pump every 24 hours to ensure the proper circulation and filtration of the water.
For disinfecting our pools and hot tubs, we only use special cleaning agents that are CDC approved and treat them with compounds that remove and deactivate COVID-19 strains.
We hope your travels are not too much of a hassle. However, in the name of Healthy & Safety for all, here is what you are expected to have when travelling to and within Greece.
First and foremost, be sure to check the official government website regarding Travel for all the required steps for arriving in Greece.
Admittance of travellers is only by way of:
a) full vaccination and after which at least 15 days have passed since the last vaccine, certification of which is mandatory to be presented or
b) a PCR test has been carried out less than 72 hours, proof of which is required.
A Passenger Location Form must be filled prior to boarding flights to and within Greece, while another PLF is required for all ferry embarkations.
Failure to present authorities with the above required documentation may result in refusal to travel.
